Urgent Care

Telehealth urgent care is a good fit if:

  • You feel unwell today and don’t want to wait weeks to be seen

  • You need help deciding if you can manage this at home vs. needing in-person care

  • You want clear guidance and, when appropriate, prescriptions sent quickly

  • You prefer to talk to someone who will explain why we’re doing what we’re doing, not just rush through symptoms

Infections

  • Suspected urinary tract infection (UTI) — burning, frequency, urgency

  • Uncomplicated yeast infections

  • Mild skin infections, small abscesses (initial eval)

  • Pink eye / conjunctivitis

  • Minor ear infections, swimmer’s ear (adults)

Cold & Flu

  • Sore throat, cough, congestion

  • Suspected sinus infection

  • Mild asthma or bronchitis flare (stable, not severe)

  • COVID, flu, RSV screening and treatment guidance

Allergy & Skin

  • Seasonal allergies, sinus pressure

  • Hives, mild allergic reactions (no breathing issues)

  • Rashes, contact dermatitis, bug bites

  • Mild eczema flares

Stomach & Digestive

  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (mild to moderate)

  • Possible food poisoning

  • Constipation

  • Heartburn / reflux flares

Other common concerns

  • Migraine or tension headaches (not “worst headache of your life”)

  • Minor musculoskeletal strains and sprains (initial evaluation)

  • Medication refills (when clinically appropriate)

  • Work/school notes when supported by clinical evaluation
